Send Birthday & Anniversary mailers, ensure the gifts & recognition awards are delivered on-time.  Organize Events, Camps, Outings, Celebrations and Themes. “Pulse check” – Daily work floor visits. Use surveys for ESAT.  Address employee grievances and take counseling sessions.  Organize skip-level meetings and track the meeting.  Alert Team Leads & Managers for issues that were identified at work groups.  Understand HR policies and suggest changes as and when required.  Issue Confirmation Letters.  Track exit interviews, analyze and prepare reports.  Ensure Key resources (talent pool) is secured and establish PIP.  Update trackers, generate report and send to Sr. Mgmt.  Assist Sr. Manager HR in strategic areas of by providing inputs on industry best practices.  Improve satisfaction score on HR by establishing metrics.
