there will be less trouble with the sales persons if they work correctly but when the product is good. just update the product due to high competition for the market for the sales of the product.

I completlly agree with Mr Makarad, Sales person is only responsible for strategy execution productivity . one has nothing to do with the planning process which can lead a drawback. The decisions are always taken by management . some times good...
