The prime modules are Banking , Company , Customer , Vendor , Employee and Reports. This product is designed to meet the accounting needs of the small and medium Enterprises. This application is so user friendly that users having no knowledge of computers and accountancy too can use it easily. This also supports multilingual feature. Achievements : Implemented the corrective measures in the project process that resulted in better productivity and Customer satisfaction. Won more contracts by efficient account mining. Achieved the milestones on time within budget. Brought the project back on track from slippage. Title : iGUGU Role : Project Manager Project Duration and Team size : 13 months and 25 members Description : iGUGU is a multi media product that features the modules viz Gaming, Movies and Website-TV as part of it. It is positioned as a freeware in the market for the common user. The categorized content could be uploaded by the role Content uploader and same becomes the part of iGUGU upon the Administrators approval.The advertiser modules take care of the campaign and sponsorship and this is the core engine that generates revenue for the content host and the product owner. It has been developed using ASP.NET, C#, WCF, WPF, Silverlight, IIS 7 Smooth streaming. Achievements : Improved the Customer satisfaction index from 2.2 to 4.5 on a point scale of 5. This novel approach brings down the cost of maintenance and new investments. All the modules of this product Human wave were be made available Online. Most of the modules were implemented using BPM (Business Process Module) and exposed as Web services . This product is customized fully for the Netherlands and is marketed there. This product is also supported with the Multi-lingual feature. Achievements : Reduced the cost of the production by maximizing the resource utilization, Achieved the milestones on time within budget, efficiently managed the technical risks. This product is first of its kind to be developed in Cordys and have made it a success. Title : KOS Production and Order processing system Role : Project Manager Project Duration and Team size : 5 months and 10 members Description : KOS is a major gas and metering suppliers .This application is developed specifically to meet the integration of production and order business processes that were maintained as part of separate systems. BOM , Item management , Production line up and work order processing , Purchase and sales order processing and reporting tools were made part of this application. Achievements : Achieved the milestones on time within budget and efficiently handled the change Management as this project received many changes in the requirements. Title : OASE (Onderwijs Administratie Systeem en Exact) Role : Project Manager Project Duration and Team size : 11 months and 15 members Description : This product automates and integrates the functional departmental activities of Luzac College comprising various departments and facilitates the effective collaboration of several entities viz Student, Teacher, Course, Administration, Billing etc,.The major modules were Student handling, Course handling, Teacher handling, Mapping Course, Teacher and Block to a Student, Billing and Payments, Performance and e- credentials, Administration facilities etc. This On-line application takes care of all the transactions that occurs across all its branches in the Netherlands.
