We as a nation needs to gear up. Petrol hike was inevitable but the Govt can do some thing about the LPG rationing. The times ahead will be ever more challenging .  |
spelling mistakes, illogical statements as in this case claiming 55 candidates will be given offer letters out of 62 and finally and most important fraud giveaway is asking for money to be deposited in an account. thanx for putting up this mail .... |
A huge dimension starting from how the Job Description is prepared , screening the C.Vs , speaking to the candidate, explaining the role in detail, scheduling the interview keeping in mind the candidate's convenience, closure, post follow up and fine... |
It caught attention ....whic is the main aim of an ad . In that way it was an effective strategy.In fact I also kept the paper aside so that I could show it to my kids ...definately would have worked for them |
Only proper screening can reduce it although this can never be stopped . A good follow up , information sharing and being completely transparent with the candidate also helps . |
