As a Manager with Max New York Life Insurance, I managed the day to day efforts of the team and drove process improvement & efficiency. The primary responsibilities included:  The direct day to day operations of sales process selling life insurance products  Target Achievement- To ensure all SLA’s for the process are met  Leadership- Lead, motivate, counsel, develop and coach team members to meet all SLA’s specified by the client.  Team Management-Management of the team to maximize productivity & to increase efficiency per agent  MIS:Collates inputs and prepares conclusive reports for the Senior Management  Attrition Control- Attrition control & Retention by keeping a tab on employee satisfaction & implementing new policies accordingly.  Operational activities: Handles supervisory responsibilities which include interviewing, hiring, planning, performance appraisal, rewarding employee, addressing complaints and resolving problems.
