Literally "grew up in the business". Licensed as a real estate salesperson, Soheb can offer professional guidance on both the real estate transaction AND the construction aspects of the structure itself. I have had a career in “Insane HR” in roles of progressively greater responsibility, culminating in the role of Business Head of an online portal. I had overseen the operations of companies that have closed more the 300 homes in a calendar year. How many Realtors can say that?

To understand my experience at Insane HR better, I would like to give a brief about me. I am a recent pass out from IIPM, holding a Masters degree in Business Administration in Marketing/HR. My work experiences over a couple of months have brought in a phenomenal change in my approach. The kind of training which I had gone through has made me a subject matter expert in RECRUITMENTS. At Insane HR WE follow a rule "THEIRS ALWAYS ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT", & that is what WE at Insane HR constantly work on. Everyday WE ideate & come up with the tools/methods to make RECRUITMENT more "EFFICIENT".
