No I don't think that companies are actually doing it. These are entirely different technologies which has been there in the market. |
Defining goals is better idea. what I feel is that we have to contact them thrice a week. What if they face a roadblock on the second day. The whole weeks goes for a toss. |
The Project manger should define goals every week. He should be able to get in contact with the team on the first day of team and set weekly goals and how they can achieve that. Contact them at the end of the week to find out what roadblocks they have... |
