I am in Automotive Refinish Paints for the last 12 years since starting my career with ICI Paints. I held a variety of roles in R&D, later on in Business development & Sales and finally in establishing new businesses in Pakistan, Bangladesh, Srilanka & Afghanistan and being a single point of contact from PPG for Asian PPG in India. Started my career in R&D and had worked mainly in color development as Technical Executive and also worked as Color Manager heading the entire color service operation for (ICI) Nexa Autocolor division including training. In 2003, I had taken the responsibility as Business Development Manager for South. With the acquisition of Nexa brand in 2007 by Asian PPG, I took over as Regional Manager for south. In December 2007, I was offered a position as Sales Manager-Subcontinent with PPG with responsibility for the subcontinent (India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Srilanka & Afghanistan.) based out of Bangalore.
