Ford Motor Company (Fortune 5 company) (FTSI - Application Development Service - Asia Pacific), RMZ Millennia, Chennai Current designation: Practice Manager - North America, Marketing and Sales Portfolio Job Duration: 10/1/2007 to till date ( around 4 years) Responsibilities square4 Managing the program delivery and supporting with $ 35 Million USD budget for Purchasing and Marketing/Sales Practices for Ford IT. square4 Application Transition from Ford of North America (NA) to Ford of Asia Pacific (AP) region for both Purchasing and Marketing/Sales Practices (thus resulted saving from 2007-2010 around $ 6.5 Millions). o Performing ADS NA and ADS AP Due diligences o Developing detailed Knowledge Transition Plan for Wave Forward plans and ensure that KT objectives, KT acceptance criteria, KT approach etc follows the KT process adherences. o Financial tracking and reporting of the Transition phases. square4 Accountable for all operational delivery and support for Purchasing, Marketing, Sales and Services (North America) portfolio of ADS (Application Development Service) by developing required Service delivery team. square4 Manages the application and/or technology portfolio i.e., TechOps and FuncOps including: healths of the portfolio, release management, change control, supporting lifecycle, workload management, consumption management and capacity demand management. square4 Oversee the daily operations of the application production support team and responsible for service level management for assigned application and/or technology portfolio meeting the SLA targets. square4 Responsible for projects within program and/or technology portfolio including development, integration of software/technologies (purchased or in-house), enhancements, implementation and/or support. square4 Ensures that appropriate security and controls are instituted (e.g., SCRP, ACR, audit follow-up) and compliance with Ford ITs architecture standards. Accountable for PQA (Process Quality Assurance) audit, GAO (General Audit Office) audits and Sarbanes-Oxley related audits, PWC (PriceWaterCopper) audit is having no major comments or OIC (operational Identified comments). square4 Interfaces with all levels of business and IT management to ensure alignment and delivery of program goals, Prepare budgets, forecasts, and resource performance metrics. | ||
