I personally disagree with subashini.. if experience is important then no fresher will get a job. Basically this depends on what kind of job we are applying for. If u interview for a top level management then experience could be important. It also...

Sales Target is one of the major aspects of a sales person's life. You can say it is frustrating (many times) though enjoyable and undivided part of life. With proper sales strategies, planning and forecasting for the year, quarter, month you can easily achieve it. There are lot of calculations people generally make, but I believe in micro level analysis of your strengths and your market's real time potential. You can also utilize your available resources to segregate the strengths and possible ways to divert and use them. You should not see the Target as a major ach...

One of the channels today, here in Bangalore, were showcasing the life and achievements of A. R. RAHMAN. I was the first to watch the show! But what was really hurting about this show was that every time they mentioned Rahman's name, they used to mention his religion! Why would this channel try and point out a religion several times when RAHMAN represents music that touches the soul of every human in India and of the world!! RAHMAN is a man who is without any media controversies till today. He has remained humble, down to earth and thus has earned places in all of our hearts- young and old irrespective. But such shameful publicity on brand RAHMAN will not only break the country into pieces ...

Yes, this is really a wrong strategy followed by the news channels. Not only this case but many times they do it... So this should be changed...
