	Civil engineering is not mother, but yes it pre-requisite of every project or basic need of any project is civil engineering. But can't give status of mother , as electrical & mechanical are also as important as civil engineering.

	Any project job any foundation is a starting work,and this is under civil engineering.Without civil engineering no project can start from soil.
