Ensure process quality of frame manufactured for Scooty pep, Scooty pep +, Scooty Streak and Apache fuel tanks. Facilitate manufacturing with respect to methods improvements, tooling and fixture improvements. Achieve Quality targets like frame rework, apache fuel tank rework, Vehicle rework, Customer complaint, and scrap, PDI by identifying corrective and preventive actions. Develop and revise the existing standards such as Control plan, Process Failure mode effect analysis (PFMEA), PPAP, Process Flow Diagram (PFD), and Operation Standards to deliver the required output. Improve process capability of the critical processes. Adherence to Fixture and gauge calibration.
