This may not impact in anyway as it is important what you earn and every company is asked to maintain best services at low cost to be competitive in US market. Most of the Americans wouldn't prefer to work in call center.

Yes before a 100$ Investment for them in outsourcing they were saving 35-40$ as India was giving them tax exemption, but now Obama is restoring the jobs where he is asking the tax from those companies which are outsourcing...and in US a 1 hr...
