•Liaison with concerned departments, channel partners, and team to ensure healthy and steady flow of renewal business premium, and along the way developing a deep understanding of financial markets, insurance products and underwriting guidelines •Working as a member of the core team, based on business data and MIS analysis, suggested ways to improve retention business by extending support to team through schemes, incentives, problem and query resolution and suggest ways to improve the business procurement by tapping potential areas •Understanding and implementation of Renewal Tracking Module in branches and push usage to ensure that it serves the strategic purpose it was designed for (business analysis and development of effective strategies to retain business and ensure cross selling)
