no its totally wrong.as per darshana some one have to finish is task within working hour. thus productivity increased. as per ISO requirement your total working per week should not exceed 50 hrs.

The work should be well defined Supported by good facilities & clear guidance from highr ups,then the employee will be more productive.No need to stay back in the workplace more than stipulated timings.
