person involved in the job should be aware of WBS and CPM/ PERT. That is all about planning. Please do not plan , which you can not monitor. It is worse than poor planning.

I agree with pradeep on this because it gives the same effect of 10" brick wall and the gap which is there it gives good thermal comfort in the house, and also there is 20% less consumption of bricks.....
