As Head of the Training team at a prestigious Army Training institution for Senior Cadre Officers, trained over 3500 Indian Army, Air Force and Navy, Officers of Foreign Defence Forces and Para Military Forces over a three year period conducting 12 major and several minor training programmes.

As head of the Army Aviation Training Organization, leading a force of 20 Aviation Instructors, 30 supervisors and 350 personnel, planned and executed flying & ground training of nearly 100 Aviation Trainees, including coordination of operations, maintenance, scheduling and utilization of a 20 helicopter fleet, and coordination with civil & military aviation. Successfully maintained a high state of combat effectiveness through efficient HR practices including policies concerning career planning, training & development, performance appraisal and promotion.

As a Group Testing Officer, carried out assessment of nearly 3000 candidates, trained and tested potential Group Testing Officers of Army, Navy and Air Force, and provided advice on recruitment and selection matters.
