I AM AGREE THAT EXPERIENCE AND STUDY BOTH ARE TWO SIDES OF A COIN. AS A COIN IS NOT COMPLETE  WITH OUT ONE SIDE THE SAME RULE WORK ON EVERY THING. I MEAN THERE SHOULD BE BALANCE . A SINGLE THING IS NOT IMPORTANT IN ANY THING.
I am agree with sapna ji . Rich people should invest their money so thats people can get job . By job they can improve their situation. 
First of all we can not say one is better than other .It is depend on requirements, circumstances . nature of organisation. In india we can not neglect normal traning.Both type of traning is depend of nature of organisation.
