I fully support Adesh's views on the spa business in India. An average Indian tourist is not exposed to the benefits of a spa and still considers it as a luxury. So for a spa to become a magnet and attract guests in a hotel is still a little way off....
My personal opinion is that Adesh is right in his assessment of the SPA business. In India the time is not yet right for a SPA to become a magnet and attract customers to hotels. An average India customer has not been exposed to the positives of a SPA...
