Darshana, In my point of view our ads are now getting boring due to cluttering, i think today's customer has become very much smart. Due to lack of pertinent customer knowledge ads are not able to hit the barrel hard

It is a good initiative. But some how I feel that a man gives all his salary to wife and she handles the finance dept. so why should company do that? There can be many other things that you can do than this.

Generally, we find B school mentors have adequate exposure to Industrial environment or even if they do not possess, the B school make it a point to gain it through indoor-training program or, mutually complimenting their exposure by field trips....
