Good point, But I think everybody preffer to maintain there quality..for booming in the market.If a company mada a software and doesnt test it..then its of no use..and if implemented as it is...it will be tedious work for support and maintainance...

Yes its right there is no problem in that....the only risk is of job security for a particular project.I think its best for freshers but for experiences and married employees on-roll job is better.
