Good point, But I think everybody preffer to maintain there quality..for booming in the market.If a company mada a software and doesnt test it..then its of no use..and if implemented as it is...it will be tedious work for support and maintainance...

Yes its right there is no problem in that....the only risk is of job security for a particular project.I think its best for freshers but for experiences and married employees on-roll job is better.

It is not the matter of right or wrong. I feel it is the state of mind, it completely depends on the people how he takes contract jobs or any other jobs. Contracts jobs can also be good if during your contract tenure you are not worried about...
