As long as the youths' are not ready to obey traffic laws, there is no role for the youth in road safety. Their role starts with "their willingness to obey traffic rules".

Firstly, give him the time to speak or let him say what he/she wants. If the client is describing unnecessary things, take him towards the purposeful talking so that you can make clear what they are looking for & then try to solve the problem accordingly.

As there are a lot of things which are not applicable now-a-days then why we are studying those things? We can't tell our students what are they? Its too difficult for students to interpret & apply those things in their daily life.
