Respected sir, I am an electronics instrumentation.I completed b.tech in 2010. I attended so many direct interviews but due to my less marks in engineering could not selected . i have good command on my subjects and also i proved it in all the interviews. but the reason of rejection according to the selectors was my less marks. they want reference or experience. still i am working a lot for improvement of my knowledge but not get the test of success. as a fresher i can do all the works according to a good company requirement. i took a training to work on plc ,scada, dcs, hmi/mmi,starter,motor, instrumentation. i have certificate of that work. sir please help me. please suggest me. what sho...

Toshniwal is having seperate divisions. I think there about 5 or 6 divisions under different managements. Good company to grow with. Check all of them. Service Industry experience is considered is a manufacturing industry to a larger extent...
