Immediate action should be taken. I personally feel that such people should be shot in public but that is not a feasible option. Anyways what we need is IMMEDIATE ACTION. |
It depend what kind of guidance they get from there parents. There are ways to block certain channels and proper one-on-one with parents can give them better idea and hence not spoil them. |
