Since aug 10 at Solution Digitas, as Sr.Manager Promos Key Deliverables: I am handling here the account of ITC as Programme Manager for various cigarette promotion My territory consists of four major cities which include Delhi, Chennai, Bangalore and Kolkata. Every city we have 50 plus permanent market researcher who does various market research activity for the ITC cigarettes. Apart from that I also handle the temporary team if required by the client. Responsibilities Work closely with client (ITC) to monitor and supervise BTL Retail Sampling Team activity of ITC Cigarettes in all across India Supervise the execution of activity by managing the resources/team to complete project on time and within budget. Inventory and Logistic Management.. Interacting with TSEs and ASMs for the smooth operation of the activity. Assisting operations of Direct Sales Team Project as well Coordinate all the aspects of work, fulfilling clients requests, putting plans into actions, keeping all teams informed of progress and issues involved in the activity, and managing the quality of service in a stipulated period of time. Post evaluation, reporting and analysis of the project with the help of feedbacks from City manager and Zonal Manager and Sending daily sampling reports to the department heads Handling the entire operational part along with the expert operational team.
