It would take the dynamics of the market, economic conditions prevailing in the economy local, regional or global, the performance metrics of the business, manpower skill or expertise, return on capital in the historical period and the future constraints if present and so on. If the this well deliberated and accepted objective of the business is achieved the performance of the organisation is 100%.
