Sourcing free profiles from Naukri.com database. Today , I came across the feature of searching resumes for free in Naukri. I could not believe it. I wanted to check if it is true or not. I tried calling Naukri call centre and asked them how come you give RESDEX for free ? The Customer service executive explained this feature. It was quite interesting and I got convinced . Probably , this feature is an old one but I noticed this only today. Anyways, if you are one like me , please read this . It would be helpful for you too. 1. Go to the home page of www.naukri.com 2. On the home page right side bar , scroll down to find a Box with a heading Recruiter 3. Inside the box , you can find 3 links, click the second one which says " Search CVs for Free now" 4.
