About "Are we all working for money or for ourself or for our Organization or for our Country ?" topic:

Usually most of us look for good money and fantasic career at the very beginning of our job. Latter even with a wonderful money, job looks and taste boring. As per my opinion, yes good money is a part of any job, it should be interseting one. We cannot became Manmohan Singh, Tendulkar, Katreena Kaif, Ratan Tata, Lata Mangeshwar, Salman Khan; but we can do something different to atleast come to their level or beyond that. Think differently and think for the Organization and for our India........

I'm not 100% supporting for company policy and also manager. First main thing is atmosphere of the work and adoptability of the person. if a person can adopt to any managers he won't think of that even if the manager is bad.. but even if he change...

I cant agree totally with these options. There are other reasons for job hoping. People these days are changing their jobs for better opportunities and to reach the top positions in the hierarchy.

Yes. Pretty Much . People leave organization due to their bosses.  Following are the  Main Root causes for people leaving the Organization  and the Managers are Responsible for that.  1. Communications Not Open 2. Tasks based on  their Strengths...

The subject should be rather in form of a statement. A bold statement . Yes!! Yes!! When you get into the office you find people from all age group. The average age of working population is around 36 which makes it clear that people between age group 18 to 60 all are working. There are call centers where youth is seen even the school students to retired professionals earn there pocket money here. Then there is a quite serious about the career age group, 23-30, they work hard to get promotions ,to survive and to get other incentives because they are at the peak of their potentials. Now comes the bosses who might have or might have not crossed the wrong side of 30. they are the boss and they know what they want. In society where various age groups are working there can be clash of ideas between gen X, gen Y and upcoming gen Z. Multi-generations at work can be productive and at times it may lead to mind war. The X generation might believe in there old principles while Y generation may...

It is just a two-letter word, but not a dirty one. It is the simplest thing to say, yet we hesitate to say it. The inability to say NO can cause mental stress?we do not want to do something, yet we cannot refuse, as we always want to be good. The moment I learnt to say NO I  become happy person and now I can say NO to people without any guilt. 1. PRACTICE SAYING NO I have a photo in my office, which shows Rama looking at the golden deer that Sita is pointing at. If only Rama had said NO, he could have saved Sita and many other headaches and heartaches! Saying NO without hurting others is a skill. When my wife requested me to purchase a Toyota, I had to say NO because I already have a Honda City, and thus saved myself from the stress I could have experienced while trying to repay the loan I would have taken.  If you say no once you will get used to the word and will say it with ease and without guilt. 2. GIVE PRIORITY TO YOURSELF Think about your needs and wellbeing first. There is...

Hi All, Came across a nice artical, thought beneficial for all HR professionals : What else does it take to K.E.E.P your employees satisfied? "People work for much more than a paycheck." Most employees are looking for common elements from the people they work for . People, regardless of position, seek a good " Relationship with their manager ", " A positive work environment ", and " Praise and recognition ". Successfully combine these three elements and implement them effectively and you have created the foundation for a great retention strategy. It is obvious that these crucial elements have little or nothing to do with compensation. Instead they remind us an important fact: People work for much more than a paycheck. People not only want their jobs to be a source of income but a source of attaining pride, professional development, enjoyment, and acknowledgment of their skills and efforts as well. With this in mind, I would like to introduce to you a retention-boosting method,...

Recovery of its due has been a hectic exercise for the Banks in the absence of a special legislation. ‘Non-performing Assets’ were growing and a need was felt to reduce the ‘Non-performing Assets’ of the Banks drastically. As the recovery through Courts was a difficult exercise for the Banks, initially, a special legislation called ‘The Recovery of Debts due to Banks and Financial Institutions Act, 1993’ was enacted creating a Special Tribunal called ‘Debt Recovery Tribunal’. Under the Act, the Banks are entitled to approach the Tribunal by filing an ‘Original Application’ which is similar to filing a suit in Civil Court proceedings. However, unlike the ‘Civil Court’ which is supposed to follow the ‘Civil Procedure Code’, a special and simple procedure has been prescribed under ‘The Recovery of Debts due to Banks and Financial Institutions Act, 1993’. At the end of adjudication, the Tribunal is supposed to grant a certificate called ‘Recovery Certificate’ infavour of the Bank...
