An outsourcing customer's revenue, profit and value are immediately at risk when vendors fail to identify and address the revenue generation and revenue growth dependencies between the departments being outsourced. Next generation service providers are beginning to deploy a more holistic approach to their engagement models. The approach includes diagnostics that rapidly identify and analyze revenue and cost creation activities, dependencies and success factors across their customer's company, client base, supply chain, and in the areas of business being outsourced. So how TCO the (Total Cost of Offshoring) is often underestimated by the service provider as well as the customer and the reasons behind that. Also costs like internal overheads, currency fluctuations and ambiguities in the contract. Do share your views here.

Who is Sonia Gandhi: There is officially no Sonia Gandhi. Her real name in passport is neither Gandhi nor Sonia. Its Edvige Antonia Albina Maino. Sonia is a Russian name and not Italian. However, Antonia is an Italian name and her passport is Italian. Though she has married Rajiv Gandhi* she never accepted change of title officially. ( recall the time of turmoil in Indian politics when Sonia Gandhi was trying to be the prime minister, but ultimately Manmohan Singh became her toy) *Rajiv Gandhi: Actually Rajiv Khan being the son of Firoz Khan and Indira Priyadarshani. Self -Realization Desire is the root of all knowledge, action and thinking. It is the cause of our entire universe with all its grief, stress, and strain. Yet all of us seek only to fulfill our desires. We believe that freedom is to be able to be able to do what we want, i.e., fulfill all our desires. And therefore, are we not envious of people who have everything they desire? Do we not feel attracted to and worship those who can produce and attain anything by mere will or wish? Do we not day dream of indulging and gorging on all we desire? Would it not be wonderful if all we wanted came to us with out us having to lift our little finger? Such a state of fulfillment of desires is promised to us by scriptures and the wise through SELF- realization. The self is infinite and infinity alone is...
