Blue Ocean Strategy:-
A new Market trend to create a demand for nonexisting Product/resources in the market. This helps the organization to create a unique products and substantially the growth can be achieved as there will be non existing competitor. Hence the strategy clicks and improves the business in the market compared to existing Products where compitition is more and demand is less.
How can you create Blue Ocean strategy?
This can be done so when have a collection of data of your products and your compititor Products and Instead of Comparing start Making the nonavailable information from the compititors and start working towards it. This can be not easy at the initial stage but once done the demand increases and you become expertised in that so no compititor can stand with you.

Yes, I think so. Of course, you need to be able to make a business case for the same, or else innovation wont have much meaning to it. I recently wrote an articel about how Blue Ocean strategies can benefit Indian telcos if they wish to expand as...

Blue Ocean strategy is good only when you either enter into a nascent market or you are ready with a high quality of product that would change the rules of the game. e.g. Kellogs in India. Otherwise it would be fatal.

Hi Friends, Last month I had a meeting with one of my old friends, who is now VP–HR in a fairly large IT setup. He informed me that he is planning to lay off a couple of hundred people in his company, in a phased manner. What surprised me was that he mentioned that out of them around 80% are ‘difficult employees’. I wondered aloud what was his definition of a ‘difficult employee’. What he told me was interesting and forms the basis of this post. “In every department/organization there are few people who are arrogant, demeaning (to others), insubordinate, not trustworthy, (always) cribbing and unproductive. And these employees are a huge drain for an organization in terms of wasted time, reduced productivity, inefficiency, and ultimately resulting in customer loss.” I again asked him as to why did the team, then not take precautions while hiring? He said these are traits and sometimes it is difficult to observe them during an interview. You get to know about them only from...

In many ways, a manager has to be a leader, so therefore a manager will have many of the traits that a leader does. However, I feel the term 'manager' applies primarily to business, it's in a manager's best interest to lead his co-workers effectively, encouraging them to achieve their goals and targets. In my experience, a leader is more of a social thing; more associated with team work, too. Go to Discussion http://lnkd.in/wUJe5E

All brands are targeting on children growth by which conveying common message i.e. it includes many types of vitamins, proteins, calcium which will make strong bones, gives energy growth. Recently Bournvita has released the aggressive campaign on “Getting Calcium from milk or not?” It has shown in television commercial where one mother is asking to another mother that “what are you doing for calcium while you are giving milk to your child?” And, that another mother is replied thrice time “I am giving milk to my child”. Hi Friends, I am sharing with the reviews of IBM on work culture, growth prospects salary, done by their employees. Please share your views. A Project Manager wrote: What I like about IBM: "IBM offers a very flexible working environment. In most cases, no one will ask you what time you come or go from office. Neither the logs of the swipe card will be analyzed to take some action against you in normal circumstances. In special circumstances, the company can even allow you to work from home. No blocking of internet or phones . All in all, you are "not" working in a jail. It has a wealth of knowledge..... " What I don't like about IBM: "Sometimes you feel that there are too many processes to follow. The company is so huge that it is a challenge to make people aware of existing processes. I have often seen it happening that sometimes small groups within IBM try to develop their own processes, often unaware that such a best practice already exists and can be leveraged. Ofcourses, Lou...
