With all the recession that the whole world saw, majority of the developed countries did not cope well with it and struggled and tumbled along the way, and the developing countries like China and India negated the effects of Recession and have come out of it much stronger than the developed nations, and this is causing the Reverse brain drain where most of them are returning back to their homeland with many opportunities that is there, and with the restriction of H1-B visas to US, it is not so popular destination anymore and Reverse brain drain is happening big time. Let us discuss on Reverse brain drain like, its affects, the positive side of it & the negative side of it, and a whole lot of other issues concerned to it.
