A successful brand is more than a logo or a tagline. It is an experience that delights and inspires your customers, wherever they find it. Millions have been spent in this regard to develop effective brand experience to reach the consumer in their "passive" preshopping mode. It is really important to hold a consumer's interest and delivering compelling imagery and messages to create a brand in the mind of consumers. Some experiences are controlled such as retail environments, advertising, products/services, websites, etc. Some are uncontrolled like journalistic comment and word of mouth.
So, here we shall discuss on how a brand experience should be created in the market & and how marketers should focus in enhancing a brand experience for a particular product.

Change.People yearn for change. It is very difficult to stay loyal to a brand for a very long time. There would be times, when a person, based on the projections before him, might consider changing his loyal brand.

It is only brand experience which will lead to word of mouth publicity for the brand and help in repetitive sales.

The product itself is the main item. Durability is the main factor of a product. Advertisements, customer care and after sale services will keep the product name in the air which can help the further marketing of the brand.

Multimedia messages can also help brands to convey information in an interactive way. Mobile content push should be done where banners, music and video content is pushed to phones depending upon the time place customers are into.

If we analyse the nature of students' demand, what they want as customers are: Expert Teaching Quality Learning Resources Well-structured Courses Either Marketable Skills or a Strong Brand or even both Flexibility Fair Assessment The concept that that all learning can be made fun and easy is flawed. Although it should be interesting, the task is to teach skills. It is difficult to get away with poor quality teaching any longer. However, in the area of assessment, there is insufficient objectivity and discipline at present. There is a strong case that all assessment should be anonymous and conducted at arm’s length. WINNERS AND LOSERS There are however a number of areas of new demand which fundamentally represent good news for those in the education sector who can ride the wave in a clever way: the knowledge worker; business advice; the law; health; "edutainment"; financial planning. Not everyone can win. Among the winners in these changing conditions are likely to be: those who...
