As a Mature Democratic Countary with Highest Number of Engineers we do not have any Engineers Bill.It is pending for 10 years or more .After 63 years of Independence we do not have Engineers bill. Engineers have not given the Fields powers as Architects Lawyers have.Please give your View.

What is available in plenty has less value. I think we have more Engineers than Diploma holders. So most of the engineers are doing technician's jobs that could be managed by diploma and ITI certified hands. What we need is more institutions to...
