This question is absolutely subjective. If the person wants to get into the technical side of IT, then MS would be a better choice. Else if the person wants to get into the role of a Business Analyst, PMO or similar management roles, then MBA...

As per me if your having a good yrs of exp, thn hardly it matters, bcoz practical knowledge has more weightage than bookish knowledge.And than too,if you want to hav a degree than after having such a good exp i dont feel it right to take a break...
