I HAVE OBSERVED MANY PEOPLE SAYING THAT THE LOCAL KIRANA STORE SELL THINGS AT CHEAPER RATE & HI-FI SUPERMARKET CHARGE MORE THAN THE LOCAL KIRANAS BECAUSE OF THE OPERATION EXPENSES.
IF THIS IS THE THING WHICH A COMMON MAN HAS I THINK HE WONT EVER BE A CUSTOMER FOR US,SO WE NEED TO COMMUNICATE TO THE CUSTOMERS ABOUT THE PRICING COMPARISION ,SERVICE CONVENIENCE ETC TO OUR PRESENT CUSTOMERS
