Phrases such as, "I understand," "We will see," "Yes, but…" are just polite versions of "No"....we can use these phrases instead of straightly saying "No".

Vickram, Too subjective the answer would be. Information posted is certainly of value but a straight answer would depend on various factors as size, structure, policies, regulations amongst others.

Hindustan Construction Company has declared new ventures in western India. The assignments include housing townships in Pune, Nasik and Thane in Maharashtra and at Dholera near Ahmadabad.
