I agree. The standard practices like making of proper Lifting Plans and Rgging Studies for each non standard Lifts and doing proper risk assessments for such lifts could have avoided the Crane's crash tragedy.

Yesterday night, in Mayapuri in west Delhi, five people fell seriously ill after being exposed to some “ radioactive material ”, reportedly present in medical waste equipment at a scrap dealer’s shop. According to me AERB stands responsible for such mishaps. There should be a rule in place that any material which contains atomic perticles should be handed back to AERB and under any circumstances should not be sold.
