Education system in the country is in the news lately, with Kapil sibal the Union HRD minister taking the center stage on most of the occassions has also been found in the firing line time and again with new reforms in Education sector, we saw IIT professors going on strike, the class 10 exams being made optional and now lately the 80% cut off marks in class 12 for IIT aspirants, so among all this there so much happening, what are the Law angles that is there for these reforms, what are the positive and negative aspects of these new reforms that we are seeing in education sector, and finally Are students getting the right deal out of all this?
