	no we are responsible for this situation, no use blaming others. We encouraged and they got motivated....... So once we stop encouraging , corruption will come to and end. We started the game and we need to finish it......

	I dont think so i feel they are paid well as compared to when i joined my first job.

	There has to be parity and level playing field for the new entrants in corporates. New entrants should also be very conscious about the selection parameters. Exploitation is the order of the day, wherever possible, if you are weak they will exploit.
