New York: LinkedIn, the business-oriented social networking site, is considering going public with a stock offering in 2011, according to sources close to the process. The book runners of the offering are Morgan Stanley, Bank of America and JPMorgan, said the sources. The book runners are to prepare an initial public offering (IPO) prospectus by the end of the first quarter.
