Why Planning is important? One Night 4 college students were playing till late night and could not study for the test which was scheduled for the next day. In the morning they thought of a plan. The other day I was in a restaurant and saw a sign advertising "Sliders Fridays." From what I gathered, they offered a deep discount on tiny hamburgers, called sliders, on Friday nights. I also manage it, although I use that term loosely. I've taken the concept of hands-off management to the next level. Most of the time I have no idea what the staff is up to.
