Filing of bankruptcy petition by USA Companies.
Tags :
No one would have expected many companies filing bankruptcy petition in USA in the recent past. The Companies and clients in India are caught unware and the impact is studied only after media reports. However, it is very rare companies filing bankruptcy petition. For liquidating companies, we have to comply so many formalities and by the time we get the approval, the company will not have any worth.
Is it so easy to file bankruptcy petition in USA. Will anyone eluciate the same?

We are hired for our ability to use our intellectual resources - to find solutions, suggest the road ahead, develop plans, chart courses of action etc etc. The boss is looking for relevant, practical acceptable plans which are both effective efficient. To a human being, ‘thinking’ is hard work. Given a choice the ‘head’ is a procrastinator. It will look for the simplest way out. Employees come in various shades – from those who don’t want to, or cannot think, or lack the ability to innovate and think fresh, to those who seem to do wonders every time. So what happens – confronted with an issue, the former is most likely to look for precedence, dig old files presentations, google for templates, activate his / her networks etc till he has a start point. Thereafter it is the familiar story of Controls C V. The first time this gets the approval of the boss, we are comfortably on the road downhill. Some of our subordinates fresh out of college have the ability to start with, but...

I did my Schooling from a Boarding(St.Amtul's Public School - Nainital) Masters in International Business Management from Dutch Delta University - Netherlands in 2005 where i topped and was awarded Best Student...There i was approached by Mr.Jay More Global President of Human Factors International, i rejected the offer cause he lied to me and then I came back to India to work for my country and see the irony that here in my home country no company dared to give me a single chance to prove my talents even after trying for 6 long years 'n many job portals like monster 'n naukri are fooling with job seekers like me and i never got a relevant job opportunity... some approach me for programmings and those fools didn't gave a Damn care to have a through look at my C.V. Hi Friends, I am sharing with the reviews of IBM on work culture, growth prospects salary, done by their employees. Please share your views. A Project Manager wrote: What I like about IBM: "IBM offers a very flexible working environment. In most cases, no one will ask you what time you come or go from office. Neither the logs of the swipe card will be analyzed to take some action against you in normal circumstances. In special circumstances, the company can even allow you to work from home. No blocking of internet or phones . All in all, you are "not" working in a jail. It has a wealth of knowledge..... " What I don't like about IBM: "Sometimes you feel that there are too many processes to follow. The company is so huge that it is a challenge to make people aware of existing processes. I have often seen it happening that sometimes small groups within IBM try to develop their own processes, often unaware that such a best practice already exists and can be leveraged. Ofcourses, Lou...
