It was almost midnight when i decided to pause watching Mr. Brooks and was about to sleep. A friend-roommate of mine was talking to his fiancee over phone from the balcony. He seem to have electric sparks in the pole next to him and eventually fire in the neighboring building. My other room mate Srinivasan woke up the neighborhood and asked us to come with a strategy. i called the Emergency services 101 and some sleepy operator didn´t bother. Then i called 100 where a lady picked the call and picked the details. safety officer is responsible for- safety of labours all labours must be equipped with construction equipments. insurance of the labour must be done by firm or contractor. safely handling of the equipments/machinaries on the site.
