our Govt. is framing the laws quietly impressed by the europeans countries withouut caring for that the same is misused generally and that the executor of the law ia an officer who nefer cares or respects for the law. even our leaders have no regards for the law. at the time of framing the law the back ground and the traditins are not kept in the mind so the laws framed are generally aginst the soul of the indian society. birander singh adv.
