According to me, i guess yes now a days various organizations are increasingly opting for female workforce in the sales department than men, and this trend is catching up everywhere, even in the IT also you see more and more females in the sales...

So what can men who really want this to stop do? 1. Don't remain silent when you see anyone you know is abusing a woman. 2. If you feel woman around you is harassed, ask her. 3.If you are emotionally, psychologically, physically, or sexually abusive to women, or have been in the past, seek professional help NOW. 4.Don’t fund sexism.
