It has been my experience that you are generally happy at work place if u have left your home happy in morning . A smile from ur life partner is a great source of happiness at works . A good and choicest breakfast is another source .
One can identify such sources and try to have it so that ur day is positive and happy .

Aside from the fact that smiling makes you more attractive.Don’t wait for people to smile.Show them how.
