About "How to combat Money laundering?" topic:
Money laundering is becoming huge, this is where the process by which large amounts of illegally obtained money (from drug trafficking, terrorist activity or other serious crimes) is given the appearance of having originated from a legitimate source. And in this regard our politicians are having the upper hand where many politicians in UP, Kerala and Punjab when the CBI conducted raids came to know that there was serious money laundering that was happening.

Many have no Idea of how money laundering happens, and with this money only terrorists organizations are getting funded, then the Maoists and Naxals are thriving like anything, also it gives one a best chance to convert their black money into white money.

It is not a problem to put money in the black hole. Problem is how to return them back. Insurance has the ideal instrument ,- damage compensation, So, as an example, if you receive compensation due to the defamation case, the monies are back to market

GUYS WE ALL KNOW THAT MONEY LAUNDERING IS A SERIOUS OFFENSE.... AND IT IS NECESSARY TO KNOW HOW IT HAPPENS ......IF WE REALLY WANT TO STOP IT...... Money Laundering is not a single act but is in fact a process that is accomplished in three basic steps as enumerated below: 1. Placement: 'Placement' refers to the physical disposal of bulk cash proceeds derived from illegal activity. This is the first step of the money-laundering process and the ultimate aim of this phase is to remove the cash from the location of acquisition so as to avoid detection from the authorities. This is achieved by investing criminal money into the legal financial system by opening up a bank account in th...

Recovery of its due has been a hectic exercise for the Banks in the absence of a special legislation. ‘Non-performing Assets’ were growing and a need was felt to reduce the ‘Non-performing Assets’ of the Banks drastically. As the recovery through Courts was a difficult exercise for the Banks, initially, a special legislation called ‘The Recovery of Debts due to Banks and Financial Institutions Act, 1993’ was enacted creating a Special Tribunal called ‘Debt Recovery Tribunal’. Under the Act, the Banks are entitled to approach the Tribunal by filing an ‘Original Application’ which is similar to filing a suit in Civil Court proceedings. However, unlike the ‘Civil Court’ which is supposed to follow the ‘Civil Procedure Code’, a special and simple procedure has been prescribed under ‘The Recovery of Debts due to Banks and Financial Institutions Act, 1993’. At the end of adjudication, the Tribunal is supposed to grant a certificate called ‘Recovery Certificate’ infavour of the Bank...

Affordable Dental Care is an unmet need in many families. Luckily there is an affordable solution for uninsured people that can give you coverage so you can get an appointment quickly. One of the best features of affordable dental plans is the fact that there is no underwriting period to wait around for like there is with traditional insurance. Once you complete your application, select a dentist, and make your annual one-time payment, you are covered. Families are eligible for coverage as well. If you choose a family plan, your family is covered at the same time you are. A healthy mouth is a key component to an overall healthy body. There are serious medical conditions that show symptoms that begin in the mouth. There are several things that you need to know when on the hunt of an affordable dental coverage....
