I strongly believe that inspite of having enough talent and knowledge frshers from non reputed college do not get their desired job just because they dont get chance to sit for any mnc...and in off campus of an mnc its too hard for guys as...

Any job which is desired by you is easy to you..But if you expect one platform and they give you another platform and forcebly (as I am a fresher) if they make me to do that work.....There is nothing much hell in this world..

A Project Manager wrote: What I like about IBM: "IBM offers a very flexible working environment. In most cases, no one will ask you what time you come or go from office. Neither the logs of the swipe card will be analyzed to take some action against you in normal circumstances. In special circumstances, the company can even allow you to work from home.
