Please do not put too many photos /snaps , as hackers hunt for this first. They just copy-paste on their profile. In case you have put snaps do lock it and share only with your friends. Be careful while joining the communities, new friendships....

Make sure that the things we speak are accurate. If there is any misinformation, correct it in a helpful and non-combative way. Be sincerely and profusely apologetic if we've done wrong. When you respond, be open to reactions and answer questions.

I do believe that there is no harm in trying out anything that boosts productivity of the workers. Sometimes, trying new ideas will bring positive results, sometimes it may not.

Hi Friends, This posting is my continuation of my earlier posting ‘Tips to make a good impression in an interview ’. I asked, ‘what’s the best way you consider for background check of a prospective employee?’, to a friend who is a recruiter in a company. I was surprised with his answer when he replied ‘google search’ as his favourite tool for background check. I realised most of us use internet extensively and based on our surfing/ interest/ postings/ comments an image is portrayed which can affect our professional and personal life. I found the concept very interesting and hence this post on the importance of ‘online image’. Adding on, I recently read somewhere that an employee took leave ...

Hi -- the concept has originated as an alternate to the police verification -- which due to red tapism is a lengthy long drawn out affair. The concept is good and workable, to the extent of verifying/ counterchecking unobtrusively. Care has to be...

This is a story from web :     One fine day, a bus driver went to the bus garage, started his bus, and drove off along the route. No problems for the first few stops - a few people got on, a few got off, and things went generally well. At the next stop, however, a big hulk of a guy got on. Six feet eight, built like a wrestler, arms hanging down to the ground. He glared at the driver and said, "Big John doesn't pay!" and sat down at the back. Did I mention that the driver was five feet three, thin, and basically weak? Well, he was. Naturally, he didn't argue with Big John, but he wasn't happy about it. The next day the same thing happened - Big John got on again, made a show of refusing to pay, and sat down.  And the next day, and the next. This grated on the bus driver, who started losing sleep over the way Big John was taking advantage of him. Finally he could stand it no longer. He signed up for body building courses, karate, judo, and all that good stuff. By the end of the...

In many ways, a manager has to be a leader, so therefore a manager will have many of the traits that a leader does. However, I feel the term 'manager' applies primarily to business, it's in a manager's best interest to lead his co-workers effectively, encouraging them to achieve their goals and targets. In my experience, a leader is more of a social thing; more associated with team work, too. Go to Discussion http://lnkd.in/wUJe5E

Also, banking professionals have to maintain a balance between the risks and the returns. For a large customer base banks need to have a variety of loan products. If bank lowers the interest rates for the loans it offers, it will suffer In terms of equity, a bank must have substantial amount of capital on its reserve, but not too much that it misses the investment revenue, and not too little that it leads itself to financial instability and to the risk of regulatory non-compliance. Credit risk management is risk assessment that comes in an investment. Risk often comes in investing and in the allocation of capital. The risks must be assessed so as to derive a sound investment decision. And decisions should be made by balancing the risks and returns. Giving loans is a risky affair for bank...
