About "How to sell your house?? And what goes into it...." topic:
The decision to sell your house wasn't made on the spur of the moment. It may have been spurred by the desire to live in a nicer home, the need to move for a new job or the necessity to get a handle on out-of-control costs.
But whatever the reason for the decision, you've got a lot of work ahead of you before you're ready to actually sell your house on the market if you want to get the best possible price for your property. And with brokers getting into the act most of the time more money will go to them which they really don't deserve as such.
